PROPERTY RULES

This facility is on private property and accessible only by appointment or event. You must agree to and sign off on the following:

- Please park in designated area in between the white dome and the white shed.
- Please do not allow your dogs to urinate on anything except foliage, do not let your dog use the washroom on the Astro Turf!
- Please clean up after your dog and dispose of it in the provide garbage.
- Dogs must be leashed when not on dock.
- Potty dogs before going on dock, and if you have more than 1/2hr rented please give a potty break halfway through.
- If your dog has an accident on the AstroTurf, please immediately grab the bucket to fill with water and dump on area and spray bottle to neutralize odour located in the storage container on the dock.
- Dogs should be familiar with the exit ramp location before jumping to ensure a safe exit.
- No food or drink on dock. Healthy dogs only.
- No bitches in heat.
- No more than two dogs allowed on dock at same time. You are responsible for any damages incurred by you or your dog(s).

LIABILITY RELEASE

I understand that Crazy Dog Splash Pad is not without risk to me, members of my family, or my dog. I agree that in the event of injury to my family, my dog, or myself, I will hold Crazy Dog Splash Pad property owners and any affiliates whereas the activity is held, harmless from any and all liability from any loss, damage, or injury to any person, any animal, or anything, that may have arisen out of, or in any way connected with, rentals, participation in training classes or events held by Shawna O’Handley and representatives.
Furthermore, I assume all responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury done to myself, property, other persons, or other dogs by my dog’s actions, or by me, and that Crazy Dog Splash Pad reserves the right to determine if dog or human behaviour is inappropriate for the environment.
